Content Guidelines for Personalized Aluminum Signs
All images submitted must meet our Content Guidelines. We reserve the right to reject any photo or image of objectionable content. Image must be smaller than 7 MB.
Sole responsibility for the photos you choose to upload is yours. We are unable to process and reserve the right to reject at our discretion:
1. Images that are obscene, pornographic, defamatory, threatening, unlawful, inappropriate, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Images that promote anything illegal or harmful.
3. Images that violate personal and public rights. This includes images that are copyrighted or trademarked, including those that appear in magazines or books, on websites or from other media sources.
4. Files that contain viruses, worms, code, or the capability to damage or allow unauthorized access to our or anyone else's computer system.

Q: Can I mail you a photo to use?
A: Yes, we do accept photographs through the mail. These can be mailed to our location:

Q: What will you do with my images after our business is concluded?
A: For your safety and privacy, we must dispose of them.
Q: Can I edit my images on-line?
A: This feature is not available. Once we receive your photograph, our professional production team will crop, size and position your photograph for the best suitable position on our sign.
Q: If you reject my picture as objectionable, can I appeal?
A: Sorry, we reserve the right to determine whether or not the images are appropriate without recourse.
Q: If a trademarked image is in the photo I'm going to use, will you reject it?
A: In keeping with US copyright laws, we must not use trademarked images.
Q: Can I use photos made by commercial studios?
A: Commercial studios own the rights to the images they produce. In keeping with US copyright laws, we must not use trademarked images. Please do not attempt to manipulate commercial photos to remove the trademark, as it is unlawful.
Q: What type of computer files do you accept?
A: We can only accept either .jpg (.jpeg) or .tiff computer files.
Q: My photo is dark. Is that okay?
A: Your Personalize Aluminum Sign will be printed exactly as you see it on your computer monitor. Therefore, you want to make sure you are pleased with the product preview before you submit the order. |
