Information:
To place your order, view our online catalog of
signs. Once you have selected the sign you would like to order, enter the
quantity in the box next to that sign. For one sign, simply enter "1".
Next click on the "add to cart" button. This will take you to
your shopping cart page. This page shows you the sign that you ordered and
the grand total. To continue your shopping, click on "Continue Shopping".
To complete your order, click on "Check Out Now".
Payment Information:
We accept payments for:
All orders are submitted through our secure server. We
also accept payments through personal checks or money orders. If paying
by checks or money orders, please make check payable to: RCR Graphics, Inc.
Mail the check or money order to along with a copy of your order. (Please
remember to write your order # on your check or money order).

Shipment
Information:
Our orders are shipped approximately 1 to 2 weeks
after we receive the order. We offer the following shipping methods: USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class, FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2nd Day. Rush orders are welcome.
For special orders, please allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks
for the designing, printing and shipping of your order.
If for any reason, we are unable to meet our shipping time
we will contact you by email at the earliest opportunity to make alternative
arrangements or to issue a refund on your order.
International orders are welcome!
Return
Policy:
All items may be returned within 30 days of the
receipt of purchase. If an item is defective, we will replace the sign with
same exact sign.
We aim to guarantee your satisfaction. If, in the unlikely
event, that you are unhappy with your purchase you should contact us within
7 days of receipt.
You have the right to return your order within 7 days,
starting the day after your order is received. Any item returned to us will
be sent at your cost. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will make a
full refund within 7 days.
